Boart Longyear’s E&I divisions celebrates 4,000,000 man hours without any Lost Time Incidents

Boart Longyear’s Environmental and Infrastructure drilling services division celebrated its 4,000,000th man hour worked without a single Lost Time Incident. This monumental success is credited to Boart Longyear’s safety program and culture.

Along with risk mitigating programs such as “Stop Work Authority” and “Rules of the Road” Boart Longyear actively manufactures risk factors out of its equipment. In the past year alone rod handlers, advanced rotation guards, pipe handling tools and over 15 other safety devices have been engineered to protect our employees.
